Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accountant in the commercial real estate industry, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be handling various accounting tasks, including invoice processing and accounts management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Ensure the timely processing of transactions with precision

• Uphold the integrity of financial records in accordance with accepted policies and procedures

• Oversee and maintain financial systems for optimal performance

• Conduct analysis of accounts and business plans for financial clarity

• Efficiently manage financial paperwork and procedures

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and CRM for various accounting functions

• Carry out auditing and budget processes for effective capital management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for this role.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Experience with BlackLine software is required.

• Proficiency in using Concur is essential.

• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is expected.

• Capability to handle various Accounting Functions is key.

• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) tasks is important.

• Experience in Auditing is required.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is essential.

• Familiarity with Capital Management processes is necessary.

• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks is crucial.
