Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking general laborer to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials.

• Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas.

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.

• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with power tools and hand tools.

• Knowledge of construction and cleaning practices.

• Ability to haul materials.

• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a labor role.

• Positive outlook and go-getter mentality.

• Ability to work assigned schedule as defined by production needs.

Work Environment

Tuesday - Friday | 6:00 am to 4:00 pm | Training will be Mon - Thurs. This is an on-site carpentry opportunity with no site-to-site work. Work in a brand new 180,000 square foot facility with AC/Heat, and brand new machinery. Focused on multi-family living, and the hospitality development sectors, the company designs, engineers, and manufactures industry-leading full volumetric modular units for Upper-Midwest regions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
