Responsibilities

Greets patients and visitors, assists with escorting patients to/from appointments, provides patients with information/gives directions, assists with coordination of transportation (when needed). Communicates in a polite and professional manner, including in person, electronic, and phone communications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent customer relations and service skills; accommodating, courteous manner. Ability to push wheelchairs, stand and walk for long periods of time.
