Our client, Manpower is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Recruiter Specialist

Location: 702 East 13th Street Albert Lea, MN

Pay Range: $38 per hour

Shift: 8:00am- 12:00pm or 9:00am- 1:00pm Monday to Friday

What’s the Job?

• The position will manage and execute all acpects of the recruiting process for production roles at the Albert Lea, MN plant. This role involves developing and implementing recruiting strategies, collaborating with HR and Operations leaders, and ensuring compliance with hiring requirements.

What’s Needed?

• Its required to have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter Specialist or similiar positions

• Great communication skills
