As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and facilitating training initiatives that enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for supporting our mission and strategic goals through impactful training programs. Key Responsibilities Training Facilitation (60%) Lead instructor-led and virtual training sessions. Facilitate New Employee Orientation, ensuring alignment with our culture. Provide training support for new products, services, and processes. Program Development (20%) Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and design impactful programs. Align training initiatives with organizational goals and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluation and Feedback (10%) Monitor training outcomes and provide actionable feedback. Identify training gaps and suggest solutions. Continuous Learning and Compliance (10%) Promote leadership development and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Stay updated on best practices in training and development. Qualifications Strong presentation and facilitation skills with 2\'3 years of experience in group facilitation, team building, and goal setting. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (required); experience with learning tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Articulate is a plus. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1\'2 years of training experience at a financial institution or similar organization preferred. Why Join Us?
