ATI Millersburg is seeking a day shift Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and will manage utilities including compressed air systems, fueling systems, cooling tower systems, emergency and standby power generation, 12kv distribution, internal and external maintenance of the Research and Development (R&D) building, and be accountable for our natural gas pipeline management of over 5 miles of supply pipeline that runs to the plant.

As a Facilities Manager, you are instrumental in ensuring our facility is operating efficiently in a continuous, reliable, uninterrupted and safe manner in-order-to meet production goals and objectives.

A successful Facilities Manager is knowledgeable of PHMSA codes, is a thought leader, a problem solver, detail focused and is a polished communicator. In order to become successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly learn ATI, our manufacturing facility and processes, our assets and equipment, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including production leaders, the maintenance team and outside vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance activities on equipment and utilizing both inside and outside resources.

  • Create and improve preventive maintenance documentation to increase reliability.

  • Manage processes, maintain documentation and provide utility administration responsibilities for multiple plant sites.

  • Accountable for the utility operating budget and capital improvement planning.

  • Accountability for utility operating budget and capital improvement planning for the utility system.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the R&D building to internal and external vendors, such as maintenance contractors and custodial services.

  • Facilitate building audits, building asset maintenance, building storage and conduct building walk-throughs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Science, Industrial, or Operations.

  • At least 3 years’ experience of Facility and Utility Management experience.

  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 5 years of Facility Management experience.

  • Must be willing to work on-call & occasional overtime as necessary.

Preferences

  • Certified Energy Manager, Certified Industrial Energy Professional, Certified Facility Manager, or equivalent certification.

  • Ability to wear a respirator in specific instances.
