SR MAINTENANCE WORKER-St. Peter's Hospital - FT - Days

Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility.

  • Responsible for performing, maintaining, repairing and operating facilities, grounds, equipment and fixtures such as: Heating, cooling, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen, communications equipment, carpentry, painting, laminating, laundry and kitchen equipment and fire systems.

  • Has familiarity with and responds to emergencies and drills as assigned

  • Oversees and communicates to staff – process times lines for preventive maintenance programs.

  • Performs inventory maintenance supplied, ordering of supplies on a monthly or emergency basis ensuring adequate stock for typical and project work.Oversees receiving of materials and supplies.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent

2 yrs experience in building maintenance

Pay range: $19.20-$25.58

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
