About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be a part of the Professional Services team, a group of dedicated individuals distributed across America (AMER), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). You will report to the Director, Resident Consultant within the Professional Services team. The work setup for this role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location. At Nutanix, we prioritize performance and results over physical presence in the office. As such, there are no specific office days required for this position.

In terms of travel requirements, this role entails moderate travel of 10-30 percent, primarily for client engagements, training sessions, and team meetings. This travel component offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, gaining valuable insights while expanding your professional network and expertise.

Your Role

  • Develop relationships with sales leadership and key customers

  • Define and drive services strategy

  • Increase bookings and revenue

  • Develop and manage a team

  • Govern quality and ensure successful delivery

  • Provide support and oversight to partners

  • Address and manage customer escalations

  • Drive customer satisfaction

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Participate in pre-sales process and scope projects

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of relevant IT industry experience

  • 5+ years of direct customer experience

  • 5+ years' direct people management experience

  • Experience with financial forecasts and reporting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record planning and managing large programs

  • Strong skills in strategic planning and financial analysis

  • Experience in Financial or Pharma Industries a plus

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 131,120 and USD $ 262,680 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
