Hours and Benefits for the Recruiter:
Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
$54,000 - $56,000
PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k with employer match
Responsibilities for the Recruiter:
Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for field and office staff
Develop and maintain an active network through various channels, including educational institutions, professional associations, and online platforms
Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses
Oversee onboarding procedures, including background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment documents
Requirements for the Recruiter:
2+ years of recruitment experience, including interviewing and onboarding
AAS in Business or related field, preferred
