Summary

The Project Manager will work within the Division of Data Services & Analytics (DDSA) Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) to support the management of the divisional project portfolio. The ideal candidate will leverage project management expertise and industry-standard portfolio management strategies to help align projects to the strategic goals of the organization, as well as support ePMO functions of standardizing and communicating appropriate project, portfolio, and resource management methodologies, continuous process improvement, and development of project management standards.

Comprehensive on-the-job training and peer/supervisory support will be provided. The candidate should be able to take on new tasks and subject areas, willing to work in a team environment, and able to adjust to multiple priorities successfully.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

• Ensuring project deadlines are met

• Determining project changes

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Undertaking project tasks as required

• Developing project strategies

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

• Host and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• PMP or CAPM certification a plus, but not required

• At least three years of experience in project management or operational management roles

• Excellent documentation and process creation skills preferred

• Experience coordinating meetings and producing meeting agendas and minutes

• Experience assigning and tracking action items within the scope of projects

• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to move projects forward

• Exceptional verbal, written, and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word. Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred

Minimum Requirements:

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
