Job Title: Part Time Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• We are seeking a part-time Construction Superintendent to assist with three active remediation sites.

• This role requires 15-20 hours per week and involves logging photos into Procore, managing submittals, and performing other administrative tasks.

• The projects are located within a 5-mile radius of each other.

Responsibilities

• Log photos into Procore

• Handle submittals and other administrative tasks

• Assist with the remediation phase of three active construction sites

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction management or construction safety

• Knowledge of using Apple iPads

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and solar is a bonus but not required

• Ideal for someone not seeking full-time work and wants to stay busy

• Potential for the role to extend beyond 6 months

Work Environment

• The work will be conducted on-site, working from a job site trailer. The role provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to stay engaged without committing to full-time hours.
