Property Maintenance Technician Opportunity

Our client in Albany, NY is looking for a hardworking, motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. Don't wait...apply!

What's in it for you?

• $18.00 - 19.00/hr.

• 7AM - 4PM - with flexibility for urgent calls.

What will you be doing?

• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots.

• Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings, painting, and snow removal.

• Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.

• Document and maintain records as required.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.

• High School Diploma required.

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.

• Ability to work well with others and multitask.
