We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Advocate in the industry of Administrative Assistance, located in Albany, New York. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in conducting administrative tasks, data entry, and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and compile necessary paperwork and documentation

• Accurately input data into our system for record-keeping purposes

• Engage in outreach activities to promote our services and initiatives

• Respond to and resolve inquiries from customers in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed

• Assist in the preparation and processing of customer applications

• Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

• Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record in legal advocacy.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.

• Skilled in legal research and drafting legal documents.

• Possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

• Have experience in administrative assistance.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Have a strong commitment to ethical legal practice.

• Familiarity with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Willingness to stay updated with changes in law and legal practice.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
