Job Title: Install Technician II
Job Description
We are looking for an install technician II to join our team! As a tech II, you would be responsible for the installation and support of heat trace equipment at semiconductor plants such as NYCREATES and GlobalFoundries, along with leading a crew of Tech 0's and Tech I's.
Responsibilities
Install wrapping of heat trace material on process lines such as vacuum pipes, exhaust, and gas lines.
Tool installation for semiconductor equipment.
Run wire, troubleshoot basic electrical issues, and handle equipment during the installation process.
Complete assignments as instructed or as indicated by explicit documentation from project managers and foreman.
Revise and support product and process design and development documentation.
Perform tests, inspections, and evaluations of products and processes based on defined procedures and standards.
Provide input to resolve customer technical issues.
Essential Skills
1 year of technical related experience within the semiconductor, microchip, or HVAC industry.
Electrical aptitude with experience in installation or troubleshooting of electrical components.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
OSHA 10 certification.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a lunch break from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, New York.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
