Summary

The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health.

This position will assist the director and unit directors of the bureau with the following:

• Calendar management and scheduling meetings

• Scheduling and coordinating travel

• Receive phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate resources; respond to constituent complaints and issues; provide administrative support to professional staff

• Track Bureau assignment due dates and associated folder/paperwork to ensure timely submission

• Prepare correspondence

• Conduct eligibility review of RFA applicants

• Proofread documents

• Complete Vendor Responsibility Profiles and assist with MWBE compliance

• Schedule webinars/Webex with providers and stakeholder meetings

• Send out listserv announcements

• Manage responses to meetings and scheduling for team projects

• Assist with preparing reports

*Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break. Total work hours must equal 37.5 hours per week

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
