Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a strong experience in building controls or HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of building control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building controls and HVAC market.

• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our products.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the building controls or HVAC industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of building control systems and HVAC solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

• Ability to travel as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00

401k with match, Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits, HSA plan, Paid Holiday's, Accrued Paid Time Off

This is a hybrid position in Albany,NY.
