Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Visions Hotels LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Summary

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Hotel Regional Director of Sales responsible for selling our award winning Home2, Fairfield Inn, and Hampton Inn.

Overview:

As the Hotel Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and energetic professional with a proven track record in hotel sales, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned area;

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and travel agencies;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities;

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth;

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness;

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present findings to the management team;

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the hotel properties and generate leads;

  • Stay updated on market conditions, customer preferences, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly;

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in hotel sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

Pay Disclaimer:

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the pay range. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance to name a few. The rate listed is just one component of the total compensation package for associates.
