Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will delegate managerial and supervisory authorities and responsibilities. You will provide technical and administrative direction of the work force to maintain an effective, efficient and economical organization, and operative work program. You will establish work priorities and deadlines, assigns special projects, and modifies operating procedures. You will review work in progress, advises, counsels, and assigns functional responsibilities to subordinates and assesses job performance in terms of mission and accomplishment of attainment of LOGCOM goals. You will develop performance standards and evaluates work performance of subordinates. You will determine material resources, i.e. facilities, equipment, and supplies required to accomplish the mission. You will direct and coordinate operations and staff activities to ensure management objectives and operational requirements are met. You will ensure activities are effectively integrated into a team effort coordinated with other parallel and senior organizations supporting maintenance of all Marine Corps ground equipment. You will review formulation of budget or contract requirements required to provide maintenance support for the Weapons Systems Management Center. You will represent the Marine Corps by serving as the Maintenance Inter-Service Support Management Officer (MISMO). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: possess comprehensive knowledge of the Joint Depot Maintenance (JDM) Program and the United States Marine Corps' Enterprise Level Maintenance Process; possess comprehensive knowledge on the functions and operations of a Maintenance Intra-Service Management Office (MISMO). Must possess experience in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
