The Headlines :

In the role of Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) working in Albany, Georgia you will be delivering human resource strategies and services to build the organizational capability required to achieve our people, culture and business goals specific to our Albany brewery.

This position is a key member of the brewery leadership team and will be responsible to help drive World Class Supply Chain implementation and the achievement of critical Phase Progression results. This position reports to the VP Plant Manager with a dotted line reporting to the Sr. Director, HRBP and works closely with leadership at the brewery, the broader HRBP team, local and corporate learning and development team, and other stakeholders.

The Responsibilities :

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.

  • Provide HR leadership by collaborating with functional leaders, ensuring that all key HR and business processes are executed with excellence. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and programs in a changing environment, representing HR as a business partner and working in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to define and deliver on those plans.

  • Lead performance and talent management within the brewery to grow talent and drive performance.

  • Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure on-going effective labor and employee relations.

  • Create a culture of continuous learning and development and equity, belongingness and inclusion that promotes a richly diverse and positive employee experience.

  • Partner with the line management to provide the leadership required to advance employee technical and leadership skills.

  • Lead change management in collaboration with HR COE partners, manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications.

  • Ensure new work practices are aligned to the brewery’s business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.

  • Promote employee health and wellness.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You are an authentic leader. You value and respect differences and believe diversity with inclusion is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in human resources with strong generalist experience and a focus on leadership level partnerships. Experienced in driving culture improvement and change.

  • You have experience working in a unionized environment including collective bargaining. Manufacturing environment preferred.

  • You have a working knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations in the HR field.

  • You have demonstrated success working with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver culture and employee experience initiatives that have improved engagement and performance.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
