What’s a typical day as Sourcing Contracts Manager? You’ll be:

• Drafting, negotiating, and managing Statements of Work (SoWs) and Change Orders (COs) related to low-risk contracts using the Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

• Advising and troubleshooting on existing agreements under the guidance of the assigned team member.

• Attending cross-functional supplier meetings to ensure contract terms are addressed and executed in a timely manner.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Have 1-2 years of direct experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in contract drafting and sourcing negotiations.

• Possess a working knowledge of clinical and commercial supply chain contract terms and conditions, and experience with SAP, Ariba, and Tableau.
