salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials and manufactured products to ensure compliance with standards.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues

• Drive improvements in production processes and workflows.

• Support internal and external audits

• Analyze supplier reports and assess incoming materials for quality.

• Maintain productivity standards without compromising on quality and safety.

• Quick and effective diagnosis of routine problems in their manufacturing step

• Confidence and abilities to troubleshoot problems

• Awareness of when to involve senior staff in more complex problems

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• working up to 1 hrs of overtime per week

• Manufacturing (1 year of experience is preferred)
