Job Description:

THIS POSITION IS AT Al UDEID AB, QATAR

Serve as deployed Mid-Level Full Motion Video (FMV) Screener/Analyst, analyzing feeds in support of tactical units. Performs geo-locational mensuration functions, extract coordinates, and determine positional relationships from processed imagery. Create imagery products and reports to fulfill collection requirements. Perform the area of responsibility target research and order of battle analyses and identification. Collaborate with other imagery analysts, intelligence analysts, and subject matter experts effectively. Provide GEOINT targeting and products to mission partners in support of engaged US and Coalition forces. This position is full-time with an extended work week and requires on-site presence at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.     

Primary Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Provide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team

  • Serve as the lead liaison between the supported customers, flying units and

Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) crew during missions

  • Mentor and train junior and Coalition analysts in FMV PED tactics, techniques, and procedures

  • Responsible for reviewing and understanding all support documentation (i.e., KMZ, Concepts of Operations; Essential Elements of Information) provided by customer prior to mission

  • Responsible for awareness of target areas/locations and related historical information prior to mission

  • Ensures 100% "eyes‐on" the FMV feed and providing near‐ real time chat reporting using tactical chat (mlRC, Chatsurfer, or Transverse as appropriate), and creates/documents chat logs (when requested)

  • Perform geo-location mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital databases

  • Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations

  • Utilize basic imagery analysis skills, plotting, map reading, object identification by order-of-battle, and facility identification and description by purpose and function

  • Produce imagery-derived intelligence products and reports for publication and distribution to a broad range of customers

  • Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids, and draft, edit, and proofread documents for publishing that are derived from FMV and Imagery analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s license

  • Valid U.S. Passport 

  • Completion of Service or Agency Imagery Analyst Training Course equivalent, including 1N1, 35G, or 024; GEOINT certifications

  • Six+ (6+) years of hands‐on IMINT/GEOINT analysis and production experience out of the last ten (10) years

  • At least two (2) years of hands‐on FMV analysis and production experience out of the last five (5) years

  • Fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an ITC

  • At least two (2) years’ experience within the past five (5) years with IMINT/GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, MAAS or equivalents

  • At least two (2) years’ experience with GEOINT analysis, production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
