KBR SPI Administrator in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Title:

SPI Administrator

Job responsibility:

Database evaluation (Initialized DB)

  • Module accessibility check (Index, Specification, Loop, Wiring, etc.)

  • Database Consistency check as per standard SAES-A-202

  • Missing information if any (Symbols,”. sma”,”. psr”)

  • Report management/views check.

  • Reference data Comparison utility check between current and existing database.

Project execution New Database/Existing database:

  • Plant Hierarchy Creation/Modification.

  • Naming convention Creation/Modification (if add any additional based on the requirement).

  • Wire End Naming Convention assignment.

  • User defined tables assignment.

  • New symbol Creation/Modification, Macro attributes assignment (.sym)

  • Template Creation/Modification/Assignment for Loop, Interconnection (.sma).

  • ISS native file modification.

  • ISS form Creation/Modification.

  • EDE view new query Creation/Modification.

  • “. psr” Creation/Modification for report extraction (Index, IO list, etc.)

Automation (Import, Export, Backend update):

  • Import utility (Bulk creation/update/deletion/insert for all table information and modules)

  • SQL query writing through “SQL developer/Infomaker” (Bulk creation/update/deletion/insert).

  • SPI multiple tables merging and extract the excel report through “SQL developer/Infomaker” based on SQL Query.

  • Wiring connection details preparation in excel based on different connection tables in SPI through SQL Query/EDE View.

User Level Management:

  • To provide the SPI user level advanced training to the engineers.

  • Mange and resolve the raised SPI related queries from User level.

SPI Database Handover:

  • To check all required fields are updated the information as per standard SAES-A-202

  • SPI Database clean up (like Orphan values, Unwanted Views, Duplicate information etc.)

  • Database Consistency check for all deliverable (ILD, ISD, ECD, ISS, IIS, CCS) as per standard SAES-A-202

  • Preparing SPI database submitting procedure as per Saudi Aramco Standard.

  • To Coordinate with Saudi Aramco EK&RD and review their “CRMS response” to finalize the Database for submission.

SPF Integration:

  • SPI integration support with the SPF team.

  • Knowledge about PBS Creation, Registration and publishing.

  • Publishing and retrieving the document from SPI to SPF as well as SPF to SPI.
