Responsibilities

· Direct and supervise cementing operations at well sites, focusing on optimal execution, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to operational standards.

· Lead field teams with a focus on precision in the preparation and application of cementing mixtures, ensuring that all mixtures meet the lab's specified formulations and guidelines.

· Maintain rigorous safety standards, conducting operations with utmost attention to health, safety, and environmental protocols, including halting operations if risks or personnel fatigue are detected.

· Ensure all equipment is meticulously cleaned and maintained after operations, readying them for future use with minimal downtime.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational procedures and solve technical challenges, ensuring seamless teamwork and adherence to technical specifications.

· Uphold Saudi Aramco's standards and company procedures, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

· At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within cementing operations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of cementing processes and team leadership.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and leading teams under challenging conditions.

· Proficient in the technical aspects of cement mixing and application, ensuring compliance with laboratory recommendations and operational best practices.

· In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, environmental safety, and pressure management.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage field operations and client interactions.

· Commitment to maintaining high safety standards, with a proactive approach to risk management and operational safety.
