Here, you can make an impact and make a difference. Come join us. Huntsman is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Supply Chain Director. Job Scope The Regional Supply Chain Manager will develop and continuously improve Strategic Supply Chain model functions to deliver the business goals with a focus on Inventory Management, Production Planning and Scheduling and Site Warehousing and Distribution. This includes ensuring constant cross-regional and functional collaboration and best practice sharing. As the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will: Provide oversite and optimize site Supply Chain coordination across multiple sites (planning, logistics, packaging, distribution, warehouse etc.) to meet the needs of our customers at optimal cost and working capital. Ensure Site Supply Chain functions play an active role in the Integrated Business Planning process. Ensure all goods are adequately dispatched across all locations. Ensure full and transparent collaboration with other regions and functions. Responsibilities for Sites material planning (from RCCP to detailed capacity scheduling). Ensure best practice are implemented in all site warehouses for optimal and safe materials handling. Ensure full compliance to SOX. Required Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business with 10-15 years of experience. Experience in a senior leading role in Supply Chain or equivalent business environment. Working knowledge of SAP preferred. APICS certification a plus. Strong overall business understanding and in depth understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet structure and drivers. Demonstrated capability to effectively lead and implement business change.
