Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Akron, Ohio

Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to be part of our team in the insurance industry, situated in Akron, Ohio. This role involves coordinating the processing and management of signing services for our customers through a network of signing agents. This opportunity is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the signing agent network to ensure an exceptional and professional experience for our customers.

• Monitor and follow up on all open signing services assignments to ensure customers’ expectations and turnaround time requirements are being met.

• Process, monitor, and follow up on incoming signing services requests.

• Assist in setting quality expectations for signing services to meet industry guidelines and customer specifications.

• Negotiate with vendors to improve service and decrease costs.

• Handle the signing services box according to department guidelines.

• Recruit qualified signing agents for the signing agent network and manage the acquisition and maintenance of licensing, background checks, and certification.

• Assign signing services, considering experience, fee, turnaround time, and signing agent’s performance.

• Maintain vendor records with background checks, E& O, and signing agent data.

• Provide status updates from vendors and customers in a timely and courteous manner. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with clients and resolve their queries

• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating client records and processing information

• Capable of managing email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and effective service to customers

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports as required

• Experience in order entry, accurately processing customer orders and maintaining records

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing calendars and coordinating customer meetings effectively

• Familiarity with scanning, ensuring documents are correctly digitized and stored in the company's system
