主な職務内容 ー契約社員ー

ラーニング・デベロップメントコーディネーターとして、人材開発・組織開発に関する各種プログラムの運営・管理サポート

  • 各種研修に係る運営・管理サポート

  • 人事システム(Workday)上でのラーニングマネジメントサポート

  • 全社必須教育のマネジメントサポート(受講完了状況の確認、フォローアップ、レポート作成など)や、ラーニングパートナーとしてWorkday学習管理のサポート(問い合わせ対応、学習記録管理、学習レポートの作成、コース作成など)。

  • 研修実施に伴う各種運営サポート業務(受講者リスト等の作成、案内の作成・発信、申込受付・取り纏め、研修資料の印刷、研修資料の作成や翻訳(必要に応じて)のサポート、受講状況チェック、問い合わせ対応、アンケート実施等)

  • 対面型研修の場合:会場の予約、講師来訪に係る手配、教材備品等に係る手配、会場の設営・片付け、その他対面型研修に関する運営サポート業務

  • オンライン型研修の場合:オンライン会議システムの設定・管理、研修開始・終了時のアナウンス対応、その他オンライン型研修に関する運営サポート業務

  • キャリア開発施策に係る事務・運営サポート

  • 各種キャリア開発施策に係る申込取り纏め、資料作成や翻訳(必要に応じて)サポート、案内の作成・発信、アンケート実施、その他のサポート業務

  • 組織開発施策に係る事務・運営サポート業務

  • 従業員意識調査に係る各種サポート業務(対象者リストの確認、案内の作成・発信、問い合わせ対応、結果データ分析のサポート業務等)

  • 行動計画の運営サポート

  • 各種プログラムや備品等の費用処理業務

必要な経験・スキル :

  • 3年以上のPCを用いた事務業務の実務経験(人事業務の経験有無は問わない)

  • ビジネスメール・電話対応の経験もあること(特にビジネスメール)

  • 一定レベル以上のOAスキル

  • Excel(VLOOKUP関数/IF関数、Pivot等), PowerPoint, Word の実務経験

  • 英語スキル(日常英会話が取れるレベル以上)

  • コミュニケーションスキル

あると望ましい経験・スキル :

  • SharePoint / Power Automate / Power BI等の使用経験があると望ましい

その他:

  • 勤務時間 :8:3017:30(1時間休憩) 月曜~金曜 

    研修スケジュールによっては、残業が生じる場合あり * *

    基本的に土日は休日。その他休日は会社カレンダーに準ずる

  • 在宅勤務: 出社勤務と在宅勤務のハイブリッド可能(在宅勤務は週2回まで可能)。但し、在宅勤務は勤務状況等をみての相談

  • 契約期間 :半年毎の契約更新、最大5年契約

Job Description:

As Learning & Development Coordinator, support the operation and management of various programs related to talent and organizational development, including:

  • Operational and management support for various types of training

  • Support for learning management on our HR system (Workday)

  • Support in managing required learning (e.g., completion status checks, follow-up, reporting) and supporting Workday learning management as a learning partner (e.g., troubleshooting, managing learning records, generate learning reports, creating courses.)

  • Assistant training operations (e.g., preparation of participant lists, sending out announcements, handling applications, printing training materials, supporting the preparation of training materials and translation (if necessary), checking on the status of attendance, dealing with inquiries, conducting survey.)

  • In-person training: reserving venues, arranging for speakers visiting, preparing learning equipment and materials, setting up and cleaning up venues, and other supporting work related to the in-person training.

  • Virtual training: setting and managing the virtual meeting system, conducting start and end announcement of the training, and other supportive tasks related to the virtual training.

  • Administrative and operational support for career development initiatives

  • Handling applications, supporting the materials development and translation (if necessary), generating and sending out announcement, taking survey, operational supporting for others.

  • Administrative and operational support for organizational development initiatives

  • Support for Employee Insight Survey (e.g. verifying the eligibility list, preparing and sending out guidance letters, dealing with inquiries, and assisting in the results data analysis.)

  • Operational supporting for facility-based action planning.

  • Processing expenses for various programs and related equipment.

Required Experience and Skills :

  • At least 3 years of work experience in office work using Office365(HR experience is not required.)

  • Must also have experience in business email and call response.

  • OA skills at a certain level or higher

  • Must have working experience with Excel(VLOOKUP functions/IF functions, Pivot, etc.), PowerPoint, Word

  • English Language Skills(At least at the level of daily English conversation)

  • Communication Skills

Desired Experience and Skills:

Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI is preferred

Others:

  • Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (1 hour break)  Monday to Friday

  • Depending on the training schedule, overtime may occur

  • Saturdays and Sundays are generally holidays. Other holidays are based on the company calendar

  • Working style: A hybrid of working in the office and working from home is possible  

  • working from home will be negotiated based on work situations, etc.

  • Contract period: Contract renewal every 6 months, maximum 5-year contract
