As an EH&S Regional Delivery Manager for Industrial Hygiene (IH), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, developing, and coaching site/facility level team members in Industrial Hygiene across the EMEAI region. You’ll partner with local EH&S organizations to implement and leverage company and country IH requirements at impacted sites.

You are self-motivated and skilled in Industrial Hygiene standards, policies, training materials, and their supporting tools and work processes.
Or, you have demonstrated significant capability in Industrial Hygiene at a site/country level and wish to develop further.
Responsibilities
Support local sites in IH policies, procedures, training, and related tools, and Dow IH systems across the region.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IH-related legislation in the region, determining necessary site actions or projects when legislation changes or new legislation is introduced.
Implement and communicate IH programs based on legislation, Dow policies, standards, and risk.
Provide IH support to assigned EMEAI sites and serve as a source of information/SME. Escalate issues based on internal assessments and reports to ensure exposure sources are addressed.
Provide input for audits, assessments, and site Management System Review (MSR) in the field of IH both virtually and through site visits.
Report, monitor, and analyze data to map long-term effects of exposures and propose improvement measures.
Work to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy through the Paradigm in Operations (PiO) and other improvement initiatives.
Support the EMEAI regional audit program as an IH auditor.
Qualifications
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or extensive operational experience in a related technical role with degree-equivalent education.
Trained in the field of industrial hygiene/occupational hygiene.
Certified industrial/occupational hygienist or actively seeking required certification.
Your skills
Industrial Hygiene Expertise: Proficiency in industrial hygiene standards, policies, training materials, and related tools and work processes.
Legislative Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IH-related legislation and the ability to determine necessary actions or projects when legislation changes or new legislation is introduced.
Communication Skills: Effective and timely communication regarding new and amended IH programs, legislation, and other relevant information to all stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to report, monitor, and analyze data to map long-term effects of exposures and propose improvement measures.
Audit and Assessment Skills: Experience in providing input for audits, assessments, and site management system review (MSR) in the field of IH, both virtually and through site visits.
Project Management: Capability to participate in and provide input on IH-related compliance projects and improvement initiatives.
Coaching and Development: Skills in overseeing, developing, and coaching site/facility level team members in Industrial Hygiene across the region.
