Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are currently hiring CNC Machinists for both our day and overnight shifts. This role involves production for the aerospace and medical industries. Daily responsibilities include performing setups, running and troubleshooting machinery, holding tight tolerances, and performing inspections on all products. The ideal candidate will have strong skillsets with a minimum of two years of experience with CNC Milling or Swiss Machining. The role requires performing complex work, wearing many hats in our facility, and consistent communication with our engineering team. You will also be expected to complete paperwork, maintain safety regulations, and report defective materials or processes. Candidates will handle small to medium-sized aerospace components and must be adaptable to customer demands.

Responsibilities

  • Perform setups for CNC Milling or Lathe machines.

  • Run and troubleshoot machinery.

  • Hold tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an inch).

  • Perform inspections on all products.

  • Communicate consistently with the engineering team.

  • Complete required paperwork.

  • Maintain safety regulations.

  • Report defective materials or processes.

  • Adjust to customer demands as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
