SUPERVISOR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION (M/W/D)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead a team of technical documentation specialists responsible for:

• Generating (initial) CAD-models and drawings for local & global teams

• Support Product Engineering with the generation of documents related to PDC\PHC

• Generating (initial) CAD-models and drawings for local & global teams

• Safeguard the processes within the various RDO’s

• Manage the capacity (workload) of the team

• Develop the capability of the team towards SME in Solidworks\CREO, PDM-link, Drawings

• Drive continuos improvement of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team

• Function as fist-level escalation for the internal customers (requesters).

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Fluent in German and English

• 3+ years in an engineering support role (Technical documentation, CAD-data, etc...)

• 3+ years in the stringent quality environment (requiring IATF, ISO9001, ...)

• 3+ years of experience with work distribution

• Minimum cumulative working experience: 10 years

• Mastered drafting relevant standards (GD&T, IATF-QMS, etc...)

• Basic understanding of manufacturing technology (Assembly, Moulding, Plating, Stamping\Forming, Cable Assembly)

• Basic understanding of Industrial processes (Product-release, Change-MgT, Deviation-MgT, ...)
