The Role

Join a dynamic and welcoming client office in Adelaide as you report directly to the Senior Facilities Manager in Sydney. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in coordinating both reactive and preventive maintenance while facilitating exciting on-site events. You'll act as the primary liaison for all hard and soft services vendors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. A typical day may involve:

  • Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace; badge management for guests, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment

  • Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.

  • Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Senior Facilities Manager

About you:

  • Experience in a corporate office environment (PREFERRED)

  • Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills

  • Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks

  • Previous experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality or related role
