About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong knowledge of providing training analysis support in conjunction with project design changes.

Liaising with your Squadron, you are responsible for identifying potential training impacts as a direct result of design changes. Conducting training needs analysis for the approved changes and implementing courseware because of approved ECPs.

About you

To be successful in this role and to best leverage opportunities that L3Harris will provide, some of the skills & qualifications ideal applicants will bring include;

  • Prior experience within the aerospace or Defence industry

  • Technically proficient with training design changes

  • Previous experience within a training environment

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail skills

  • You will have the ability to hold and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
