If so, we may have an excellent opportunity for you! We have an immediate opportunity for a Technical Services Supervisor at Shine Wire, in Adams, MA. Shine Wire is a specialized cable assembly and custom wire harness manufacturer for a wide range of markets. The Technical Services Supervisor plans, directs and coordinates the quality, processing engineering, and quoting teams to achieve positive business results. You will guide and actively participate in each step of new customer order development, examine data to determine root cause, administer and maintain ISO, AS, IPC programs, and identify and fulfill pre and postproduction requirements to meet objectives for production volume, assembly cycle time and quality. An Associate\'s degree along with three years of successful supervisory experience in a contract manufacturing or related environment or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience provide the education and experience needed for the job. People who are experienced in positive supervision, process management, ISO, AS9100, PPAP, PFMEA, control plan, REACH and RoHS compliance as well as MicroSoft Office applications bring preferred skills and qualifications to this position.
