Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. If you are motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and quality output.

• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed.

• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience is a plus.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

6:20AM-4:20PM or 6:20PM if they want extra OT
