Minimum Educational qualification : Bsc. Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building and Construction, Real Estate property management, Mechanical Engineering and Property Management.
Minimum Relevant work experience : Minimum of 5 years operational experience with Facilities and fleet Management

Nestlé is currently looking for a General Services Coordinator at our Nestle CWA office to ensure the efficient functioning of the company's facilities through structured and regular maintenance and the accurate inventory of all company assets.
Your responsibilities….
To ensure the efficient functioning of the company's facilities through structured and regular maintenance and the accurate inventory of all company assets.
To define and propose, implement in conjunction with external contractors (where required) a comprehensive schedule for maintenance & installation activities for Company premises, warehouse, expat homes, cars, and other company assets.
Maintain health and safety by checking for unsafe conditions and eliminating any safety hazards in all company sites
Initiate appropriate and timely procurement request in full compliance with the procurement policy for services within the functional Scope (i.e. Stationery, Staff Lunch, Cleaning services, fumigation, Toiletries, Vehicle servicing, electricity, water, etc).
Ensure all invoices for goods and services performed by third-party vendors are properly vetted before approval for payment
Monitor and ensure stock for the following are replenished at appropriate intervals to avoid shortages, office stationery, drinking water for the office, cleaning supplies etc.
Prepare and present input for the department’s budget planning activities ie. the running costs relating to servicing, maintenance & installation works and provides reports
What Will Make You Successful?
Operational business background in Finance and Procurement .
Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers)
Experience in project financial evaluation / contract reviews.
Strong and effective stakeholder management with diverse cultures.
Prior experience in Facilities or fleet management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ease of Communication, especially writing (e-mails, handouts, presentations)
