- Mon- Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: $23.00 hourly Transportation: Must have OWN reliable transportation. Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 year experience in accounting field.
- AA or BA in accounting
- Experience with HR responsibilities a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all receivables and ensuring all customers are up to date with payments.
- Will manage and process PTO for employees.
- Will help to manage quotes for customers.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and trainable with software customized to the automotive parts industry.
- Must possess a high degree of honesty, pay extreme attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and able to multi-task.
- May sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, or lift as required.to multi-task.
