Job Title: Solar General Laborer

Job Description

Seeking dedicated General Laborers for renewable energy projects in the West Texas area. Successful candidates will contribute to the construction and maintenance of utility-scale solar projects. This role requires physical endurance, as it involves walking in rough terrain and lifting weights regularly.

Hard Skills

• Experience on utility scale solar projects

• Construction experience

• Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds continuously

• Ability to follow written instructions

Soft Skills

• Adaptability to work overtime and weekends when needed

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions (hot/wet) for extended durations

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 11 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cisco, Texas.

Work Environment

Candidates will be working daily in outdoor jobsite conditions, facing elements such as heat and occasional wet weather.
