Job Opportunity: Interior Designer for Model Homes (Manufactured, Mobile, Modular & Tiny Homes)

Position: Contract Interior Designer

Location: Abilene, Texas

Compensation: $1000 per Interior Decorated Home

Type: 1099 Contract, As Needed

About Us: We are excited to announce a new development on our lot featuring beautiful model homes that showcase modern living at its finest. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to bring these homes to life with exquisite design and decor.

Job Description: As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for decorating and designing the interiors of our model homes. Your creativity and expertise will help potential buyers envision their future in these spaces. You will select and order furniture and decor through our designated portal, with all expenses covered by our company. You will be paid for your strategy behind interior design per each home. We are looking for fresh new eyes that can bring our homes to live in a unique and modern way that will capture our customers attention.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design plans for model homes

• Select appropriate furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal

• Order furniture and decor through our company portal

• Ensure timely delivery and setup of all design elements

• Collaborate with our team to align designs with overall development themes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Interior Decorator

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects

• Excellent taste and an eye for detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Good communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

• $1000 per completed home design

Additional Information:

• This is a 1099 contract position, ideal for someone looking to earn extra income

• Flexible work schedule without set hours; work as needed based on project availability. There could be one month where we have several homes and then the next few month could be nothing. This is a very flexible opportunity.
