DemKota Ranch Beef Production - Harvest in ABERDEEN, South Dakota
What You Will Be Doing:
- Harvest: The process of removing the hide, viscera and trimming all contamination from carcasses after slaughter; using various machinery, knives, and hands.
- Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a cold or hot environment.
- Compliance with all food safety policies and regulations.
- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping processes and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Perform physical tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
- Stand on hard surfaces the entire shift; use of stairs and personal protection equipment (PPE) is required in all areas of the facility.
- Ability to lift-up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Report to work area on time and excellent attendance
- Communicate with co-workers and management

- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
