About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Responsibilities Maintain and share policy expertise with standards and regulations related to the planning, development, management, and authentication of equipment publications. Conduct In-Process Review (IPR) and Final Reproducible Copy (FRC) Technical Manual (TM) Reviews using the Interactive Authoring Display Software (IADS) viewer to document comments. Communicate results of TM reviews to division peers. Deliver support services to division-wide peers and subordinates with occasional oversight. This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS- 13, step 05 base salary, or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 05 level the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
