The Opportunity:
Serves as the Part-Time on Call- Management Analyst in support of the C5ISR HQ and subordinate Directorates. The individual will work on a government site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with the customer and associated contractors as part of the C5ISR Center Facilities and Property Branch. The individual will work with the Branch Chief to interpret higher authority directives, regulations, and guidelines applications within the center
Responsibilities:
Conducts gathering information necessary to assist in the development of Facilities and Property policies, procedure guidelines, and strategies for the Facilities and Property Offices, ensuring compatibility with applicable regulatory policies.
Develop, modify, and maintain clear and concise policies, guidelines, memorandums, and other Army correspondence for the Facilities and Property Tea
Serves as a Content Manager for the Facilities and Property Offices, ensures that recordkeeping requirements are considered in the development and storage of all new, existing, or modified documents
Comprehensive knowledge of Army recordkeeping systems and other information management programs a regulations to ensure that documentation and necessary information are created and maintained in a usable for as long as required by the Center.
Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Organization through the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites for the Facilities and Property Offices
Skill in analyzing and interpreting data to develop metrics, information dashboards, briefings, and other me communicating with leadership and customer
Knowledge of Army requirements for creating and formatting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Memoran Record (MFR), and other clear, concise policies, guidelines, processes, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Required:
An Active Secret Clearance
BS w/ 3 years experience or AA or 2 year tech school w/ 5 years or HS/GED w/ 10 years experience in providing direct administrative support to senior levels of government leadership (up to Director level).
Experience in executive-level meeting and conference management
Experienced in creating inventory or accountability systems; tracking and accounting of items; and documentation.
Ability to write, edit, and/or analyze technical or administrative documentation.
Demonstrated ability to administer and manage general administrative service

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
