Software Developer Intermediate (ServiceNow)

As we continue to enhance our IT infrastructure and software capabilities, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in various key roles. Each position plays a crucial part in maintaining and advancing our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations and robust support for CECOM personnel worldwide.

Position Description: The ServiceNow Developer, mapped to the Software Developer Intermediate role, will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow applications and solutions. This includes configuring out-of-the-box solutions, creating custom applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. The developer will also provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet user needs and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

• Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing ServiceNow applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.

Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.

• Must have 2 years within the last 5 years of experience in design, develop, and maintain software for a variety of engineering applications. Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements. Develop tools and interfaces. Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Design embedded systems software.

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is desired.

• Strong understanding of ITSM, HR, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Must be a U.S citizen eligible for a Secret security clearance.
