Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves a variety of administrative duties, including processing photo enforcement camera violations, meeting production and quality goals, and other office/clerical duties as assigned. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accessing and handling registered owner and vehicle information

• Processing photo enforcement camera violations using web-based tools

• Meeting production and quality goals

• Performing other office/clerical duties as assigned

• Maintaining strong communication, both verbal and written, and determining the proper medium of communication based on issues at hand

• Demonstrating professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups of people

• Maintaining a quality-driven approach with strong attention to detail

• Demonstrating the ability to multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines in a rapidly changing and high-pressure environment

• Utilizing strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with the ability to learn and navigate a variety of computer systems/software

• Performing tasks related to fingerprinting when necessary.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in operations and production environments

• Familiarity with web-based applications and computer systems

• Strong clerical duties and administrative skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Proficient in 'About Time' software

• Ability to meet quality goals and standards

• Basic knowledge of computer processors

• General computer skills

• Knowledge of fingerprinting processes and procedures

• Understanding of rules and regulations to avoid violations
