The China VAT invoicing Assistant is responsible for VAT invoice issuing and post to customer timely and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Run shipping report from oracle and manual imported into Hangtian system to generate the unbilled report daily basis;

Reconcile VAT invoice notification to unbilled data, notify corresponding owners if there is any discrepancy;

Issue VAT invoices timely and accurately according to different customer billing requirements, monitor the reason of VAT invoices return, escalate as necessary;

Maintain customer VAT invoice billing information in Gold Tax system and Customer VAT mailing information if any changes

Use Data Load to upload both billed and unbilled information into Oracle;

Reconcile VAT invoice and unbilled monthly basis;

Archive customers POD and VAT invoices appropriately;

Support other reporting activities, as required;

Support Tax and SOX audits as required;

Requirements:

1.Background in Finance, Accounting, Economy or relevant experience in the field;

2.Knowledge in second foreign language is an advantage;

3.Experience with an ERP system would be considered as an advantage;

4.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees in a professional manner;

5.Proficient with MS Office applications;

6.Good organizational and problem-solving skills;

7.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;

8.Team player with result orientated outlook;

9.Ability to thrive in a dynamic growth-oriented environment.
